tsvr: timescale-specific variance ratios for community stability
The variance ratio is a classic quantity describing one view on whether a community demonstrates synchronous or compensatory dynamics. We developed a timescale-specific version, implemented it in tsvr, and showed what one can learn from a timescale-specific approach (see reference below).
